Key Requirement
Solid target & sales orientation
1–2+ years’ experience in Sales + Team Handling
Experience in Loans / Insurance / Credit Cards / Financial Sales / Target-based Sales preferred
Proven ability to drive team targets & conversions
Proactive, responsible & highly accountable
Excellent communication & people-management skills
English + Kannada mandatory
Positive computer & CRM knowledge
Ability to train, motivate, monitor and retain the team
Must be willing to work from office, full time

₹30,000–₹35,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives
