Key Responsibilities
Handle leads and communicate with potential property buyers.
Understand clients' requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Arrange and coordinate property/site visits.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Build robust relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling and client meetings.
Energetic, target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹41,000/month
Incentives: Performance-based
Working Days: 6 days/week
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
