Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily outlet operations.
Monitor product availability throughout operating hours.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising.
Ensure smooth workflow among outlet staff.
Monitor daily sales performance.
Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Implement promotional campaigns and special offers.
Analyze slow-moving and quick-moving products.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels.
Build strong customer relationships.
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
Supervise cashiers, sales staff, and helpers.
Train current employees on outlet procedures.
Ensure outlet cleanliness at all times.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
