Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Job Type: Full time / Clinic Front Desk

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our shared clinic setup in J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru, serving both a Physiotherapy Clinic and an ENT Clinic.

The selected candidate will manage the common front desk, coordinate patient appointments, handle enquiries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for patients visiting both departments.

Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
Welcome patients and guide them at the reception.
Coordinate patient flow between the Physiotherapy and ENT departments.
Maintain appointment records and basic front-desk documentation.
Assist with basic billing, payment coordination, and receipts.
Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments when required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.




Handle daily reception activities efficiently and maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
Ability to manage calls, appointments, and patient enquiries efficiently.
Previous experience in a clinic or hospital front desk will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
