Qualification:Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Job Description: The programming engineers will be responsible to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs and machine parameters for sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate production, optimum machine utilization, reduced cycle time, and consistent product quality. The Programming Engineer is responsible for converting engineering drawings into machine-ready programs while supporting current product development, process improvements, and manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.CNC / Machine Programming
2.Troubleshooting & Production Support
3.Process Optimization & Cycle Time Improvement
4 Current Product / Current Part Introduction
5.Documentation & Data Management:
Maintain CNC program database and Prepare setup sheets and work instructions.
Update BOMs and routing information where applicable.
Maintain revision history of programs.
Archive programs as per document control procedures.
