Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of spinning mill machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical issues in textile machines and utilities.
Maintain motors, VFDs, PLCs, electrical panels, transformers, DG sets, and compressors.
Ensure timely repair of electrical equipment to reduce production downtime.
Monitor power consumption and support energy-saving initiatives.
Follow electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
2–8 years of experience in a spinning mill or textile industry.
Valuable knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, and electrical panels.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
Experience in spinning mill maintenance.
Knowledge of automation and preventive maintenance.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
