We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Back Office & Telecalling Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in customer communication, lead management, coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

This is a fresher-friendly role. You don't need prior skilled experience — we are looking for someone who is confident, a good communicator, organized, curious, and willing to learn.

What You'll Do

Telecalling & Communication
Make outbound calls to students, customers, colleges, and potential leads.
Explain ABCXON's programs, opportunities, and services clearly.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle basic queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.

Back Office Operations
Maintain and update lead, customer, and contact records.
Manage data in Google Sheets/Excel and keep information organized.




Support the team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare basic reports and track follow-ups.

Coordination
Coordinate with students, campus representatives, partners, and internal teams.
Schedule calls and online meetings when required.
Ensure timely follow-ups and proper communication.

What We're Looking For
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with people over phone calls.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
