Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Team Leader to manage after-sales service operations, lead the service team, coordinate with technicians and customers, and ensure timely service delivery. The ideal candidate should have experience in the cranes, automobile, heavy equipment, or a similar industrial service industry, along with solid team-handling, customer-management, reporting, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead service technicians and manage site operations.
Handle installation, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with customers and prepare service reports.

Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of overhead cranes, EOT cranes, hoists,
Troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, brakes, contactors, and limit switches.
Understanding of VFDs, PLCs, control circuits, and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of mechanical components, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and wire ropes.




Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and diagnose faults.

Educational Qualification
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience Requirements
5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in after-sales service, service operations, or technical service coordination.
Experience in the cranes, automobile, heavy machinery, or industrial equipment industry will be preferred.
Previous experience in team handling and customer handling is essential.

Salary and Perks
Annual CTC: ₹4.20 LPA – ₹6 LPA.
Salary will depend on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
Prospect to work directly with senior management.
