Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong background in the EdTech industry to lead our sales team at the Kozhikode branch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Monitor daily sales performance, team productivity, and target achievements.
Guide and support Business Development Executives in lead conversion and student enrolments.
Track sales pipelines, follow up on prospective students, and improve conversion rates.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide performance feedback.
Ensure excellent customer engagement and maintain solid relationships with prospective students.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Requirements
EdTech industry experience is mandatory.
Proven experience in sales management and team handling.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Strong analytical and team management skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
