Warehouse Operations
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials while maintaining safety standards.
Allocate work to warehouse associates and monitor productivity.
Maintain proper material handling and storage practices.
Monitor stock movement and prevent inventory discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Conduct regular cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
Coordinate with transport, production, and customer teams for smooth dispatch planning.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with safety guidelines.

Data Entry & Documentation
Perform accurate data entry in ERP, WMS, or Excel.
Update inward, outward, stock transfer, and inventory records on time.
Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly warehouse reports.
Maintain dispatch documentation, gate passes, delivery challans, invoices, and inventory records.
Verify documentation before system updates to ensure data accuracy.
Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents for future reference.

Team Coordination
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
Train warehouse associates on SOPs and operational procedures.
Ensure shift handovers are completed with proper documentation.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
