WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
10 Years of Relevant MEP Experience
Strong Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Systems
Experience in MEP Planning, Execution and Project Management
Ability to supervise and coordinate MEP works at project sites
Positive understanding of technical drawings, specifications and project requirements
Experience in managing contractors, vendors and MEP teams
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to monitor project timelines, quality and execution
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Professional, responsible and result-oriented approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, manage and supervise MEP activities across project sites
Coordinate Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing works
Monitor MEP installation, execution and project progress
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and internal teams
Review technical drawings, layouts and specifications
Ensure MEP works are completed as per project requirements and timelines
Monitor quality, safety and execution standards
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues
Provide regular updates on MEP progress to management
