Job Description – Sourcing Executive

About the Role

Raj Realty Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Executive to strengthen its channel partner network and generate property-related business opportunities. The role involves developing relationships with recent and existing channel partners, identifying potential property leads, and expanding the company's sourcing network.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach and onboard new channel partners (CPs) and property brokers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing channel partners.
Generate property leads and business opportunities through the CP network.
Conduct regular field visits and meetings with channel partners to strengthen business relationships.
Explore new sourcing opportunities across Mira Road, Bhayandar and nearby locations.
Maintain records of channel partner details, meetings, follow-ups and sourcing activities.




Coordinate with the internal sales and closing teams to ensure a smooth lead handover.
Achieve sourcing targets and contribute to the expansion of the company's channel partner network.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, business development or a similar role is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate leads and develop new business networks.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits and channel partner meetings.

Candidates with experience in real estate broker networking, channel partner acquisition and property sourcing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
