Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (EA to MD) with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. The candidate will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the MD, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and important business information.
Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Organize business meetings,



conferences, and official events.
Provide administrative support and assist the MD in daily business activities.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all official matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional personality with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
