Job Description: Field Executive – Property Identification & Preschool Setup

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Executive to identify suitable properties and coordinate the setup of recent preschool centres.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and inspect suitable properties for current preschool centres.
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and franchisees.
Negotiate rental terms and assist with property finalization.
Coordinate interiors, painting, furniture, branding, and other setup activities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely centre readiness.
Maintain property records and submit regular reports to management.




Travel to assigned locations as required.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in real estate, field operations, or business development preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of local property markets and basic MS Excel.
Willingness to travel; two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
