Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise technicians and service staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure timely vehicle servicing, quality repairs, and vehicle delivery.
Achieve monthly service revenue and workshop productivity targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Service and Spare Parts departments.
Monitor pending vehicles, repeat repairs, and workshop efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Honda service guidelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
