Job Description:
We are looking for a Payment Collection Officer to handle client payment follow ups and maintain payment records.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, WhatsApp & email.
Prepare and send payment reminder emails.
Maintain payment follow up records and reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
Update payment details in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in payment follow up/collection.
Valuable communication skills.
Positive knowledge of email drafting.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime.
Confident and qualified while communicating with clients.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1+ Year
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
