Job Description

We are looking for a Conversion UX Strategist to research businesses, understand customer intent, and plan complete landing-page journeys focused on clarity, trust, and conversion.

This is not a website development role. The primary responsibility is to understand the client’s business, product or service, target audience, campaign objective, and competitors, then independently plan the page structure, content flow, conversion journey, and supporting information required before design or development begins.

The role also includes preparing transparent page plans for internal review and client approval.

Experience

Candidates with relevant experience in conversion strategy, UX planning, landing-page planning, content strategy, CRO, digital marketing, or similar work can apply.

Strong practical understanding and portfolio-quality work are more important than a specific job title.

Understanding of conversion-focused content hierarchy and page sequencing




Ability to identify the information, proof, objections, trust elements, and calls-to-action required on a page
Strong written communication and content-structuring ability
Understanding of how Google Ads traffic and landing pages work together
Ability to study competitors without simply copying their structure
Ability to prepare transparent concepts and page plans for client approval
Good understanding of UX principles and conversion-focused website experiences
