We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Requirements:
Expertise in Chinese, Tandoor & Indian cuisine.
Robust knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations.
Ability to manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
Positive understanding of hygiene, food safety and quality standards.
Relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred.
