Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate with strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills to drive sales, manage client relationships, and deliver a seamless artist-booking experience.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and drive B2B and B2C sales through calls, emails, and digital channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists, performers, and entertainment packages.
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and bookings.
Build robust client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation,



and client relationship management.
Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proficiency in English required.
