Responsibilities:
Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Maintain food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety guidelines.
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Commis 2 or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety.
Valuable teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.
