Required Responsibility -
Prepare CMM Program as per Requirement
Check press tool & Die in CMM as per Model
Work with CFT for developing Poke yoke processes, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges for new products.
To Support manufacturing on critical to quality process projects to implement current technologies to improve existing equipment/processes for sustainable quality.
Calibrate fixtures, gauges, and parts using advanced measuring 3D scanner/Portable.
Communicate to CFT team on what changes need to be made on a part based upon inspection results.
Dimensional inspection of current products and identifying deficiencies.
Analyze inspection reports to determine adherence to drawings, specifications.
