Experience: 6–10 Years in a trading, distribution, or FMCG company

Location: Arlem, Margao, Goa.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to handle day to day accounting and finance function. The candidate must be proficient in:
Managing day to day accounting transactions (Sales, Purchase, Cash, Bank) in Tally Prime /SAP.
Preparing weekly / monthly MIS reports on accounts receivable (Sundry debtors list, stock level & ageing statement of Debtors) & follow up for payments.
Manage Accounts Payable (vendor payments) to maintain cash flow.
Monthly reconciliation of Creditors / Dealers Accounts / Internal entries between the companies.
Perform daily/monthly stock reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
Manage GST Compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-2B/3B filing, and reconciliation (GSTR-2B/3B).
Manage TDS ensure timely deduction, payment,



return filing and follow up for refund including PF & ESIC compliances.
Prepare and finalize monthly and annual accounts (Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet).
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including depreciation entries, prepaid expenses, and accruals.
Handle ledger scrutiny and correct journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with dealers and TOD of dealers.
Education: CA / Inter CA / M.Com / MBA(Accounting/Finance).
