We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Nurse to assist in surgical procedures and ensure protected, effective operation theatre management.
Responsibilities:
Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, and equipment before procedures.
Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
Maintain sterile techniques and follow infection control protocols.
Monitor patient safety and assist during pre-operative and post-operative care.
Ensure proper sterilization, instrument handling, and OT documentation.
Maintain adequate surgical supplies and coordinate with the OT team.
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council registration.
Experience: 1–3 years in an operation theatre preferred.
Skills: Good clinical knowledge, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts.
