Plan and execute daily field visits to prospective and existing customers within the assigned territory or beat plan.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, market mapping, and walk-in visits to businesses, dealers, or institutions.
Present, demonstrate, and pitch products/services to decision-makers; address objections and close sales on the spot or within a short cycle.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the reporting manager.
Onboard recent clients — complete documentation, KYC, agreements, and coordinate with the backend/ops team for order processing.
Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular follow-ups, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence — competitor pricing, recent product launches, and customer feedback — and report to the team.
Maintain accurate daily records of visits, leads, and sales activity in CRM or reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho, Excel).
Coordinate with the collections team for timely payment follow-ups and outstanding recovery where applicable.
Participate in local activations, trade events, exhibitions, or product demonstrations as required.
