Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). The candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-paced start-up setting, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)
Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
Maintain vendor records and reconcile vendor statements.
Assist with payment terms and resolve vendor queries.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
Generate and issue customer invoices.
Track collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain ageing reports.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

General Finance & Reporting
Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and journal postings.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.
Maintain accurate financial records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders when required.





Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a start-up environment, with flexibility, self-motivation, and ownership.

Preferred: MBA or CA Inter (not mandatory).

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
