Role: Sales Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and sales-driven Sales Associate to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present product perks, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.

Freshers with strong sales potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Candidates with prior B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, or business development experience will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential customers through relevant channels.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable product solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Communicate product features, benefits, and value effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Follow up with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
Convert qualified leads into customers and close sales.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.




Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Confidence in interacting with customers and prospects.
Ability to understand customer needs and explain product value.
Proactive, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Freshers with excellent communication and sales potential are welcome.
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, inside sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage.
