STORE MANAGER - RETAIL

Location: Tirupati

Job Description: Responsibilities and Duties
Develop business strategies to increase our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
Complete store administration and ensure compliance within company policies and procedures.
Maintain outstanding store setting and visual merchandising standards.
Report on buying trends, customer needs, sales performance, employees issue etc.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths of store staff.
Handle customer complaints, store employee grievances, cashing, billing and other store operations.
Set an example with perfect self discipline, holistic approach with high store performance.

Skills and Qualifications
Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager of 6 to 10 Years.
Powerful Leading and Business Orientation skills.
Excellent in Customer management and Analytical skills
Good in communication and interpersonal skills
Any Degree
