Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and monitor civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation.

Monitor quantities, measurements, and material requirements.

Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.

Support project planning,



estimation, billing, and cost-control activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction/project execution.

Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and site execution.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Valuable problem-solving and site-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant construction software is preferred.

Solid communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
