Supervise and manage daily construction activities, including excavation, foundation, RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, and finishing.
Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
Read and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and labour teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage material procurement, quantity estimation, BOQ, site measurements, and billing activities.
Monitor project progress, prepare daily site reports, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.




Conduct regular site inspections to identify technical issues, resolve construction-related problems, and minimize material wastage.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, construction materials, machinery, and other site resources.
Maintain project documentation, work schedules, quality records, and site progress reports.
Ensure compliance with construction safety procedures and applicable building regulations.
Supervise finishing activities, resolve defects, and coordinate final inspections and project handover

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
