Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
Allocate duties and ensure timely completion of assigned housekeeping tasks.
Inspect all assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace standards.
Maintain housekeeping schedules, attendance, checklists, and daily operational records.
Monitor the availability and proper usage of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and cleaning materials.
Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or hygiene concerns to the concerned department.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, hygiene protocols, and housekeeping procedures.

Requirements




Minimum 10th/12th Pass; relevant qualification will be an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a similar supervisory role.
Solid team management, leadership, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of cleaning, hygiene, and housekeeping procedures.
Valuable communication skills with the ability to handle staff and operational issues professionally.
Punctual, responsible, disciplined, and well-organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
