TradeMax Academy is looking for a highly organized and leadership-driven Academic Manager to oversee online and offline academic operations, mentor management, student engagement, and training quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily academic and training operations
Lead and coordinate mentors & monitors
Ensure smooth batch scheduling and class execution
Monitor student satisfaction, retention, and academic quality
Implement SOPs and structured workflows
Handle student escalations and team performance tracking
Prepare academic reports and performance reviews
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic/training operations
Robust leadership and communication skills
Experience in team handling and student management
Ability to manage online & offline training environments
Process-oriented and performance-driven mindset
