Job Responsibilities
Procurement of construction equipment, spare parts, components, consumables, and related materials.
Vendor identification, development, evaluation, and maintaining robust supplier relationships.
Price negotiation, cost comparison, and finalization of commercial terms with vendors.
Preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Follow-up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, quality, and documentation.
Planning and maintaining adequate inventory levels of equipment spare parts and critical materials.
Coordination with the Production, Service, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments to understand material requirements.
Maintaining purchase records,



vendor documents, quotations, comparative statements, and other procurement documentation.
Monitoring market prices and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and alternate sourcing.
Handling urgent procurement requirements to minimize equipment downtime and ensure smooth project/maintenance operations.
Ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and approved vendor procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
