ETP / RO / ZLD Operator – Job Responsibilities (Short Points)
Operate and monitor ETP, RO, and ZLD systems.
Check plant parameters (pH, TDS, COD, BOD, Flow, Pressure).
Monitor pumps, blowers, valves, filters, and dosing systems.
Prepare and dose treatment chemicals as per SOP.
Record daily log sheets, shift reports, and plant readings.
Collect water samples and perform basic water quality tests.
Ensure treated water meets statutory/PCB standards.
Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
Identify and report equipment faults and process abnormalities.
Perform RO membrane flushing/CIP as required.
Handle sludge dewatering and disposal as per guidelines.
Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the plant.
Follow PPE, safety procedures, and chemical handling practices.
Minimize water loss and optimize plant performance.
Support maintenance, audits, and regulatory inspections.
