Supervise daily packing operations of cables and wires, ensuring achievement of production targets.
Ensure proper coiling, winding, drum packing, labeling, and product identification as per customer requirements.
Monitor packing quality, packing material consumption, and minimize wastage and product damage.
Manage packing operators and helpers, ensuring productivity, safety, and 5S compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely packing and delivery of finished goods.
