Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations at assigned railway stations and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily field activities.
Manage and guide field team members.
Ensure smooth operations at assigned locations.
Coordinate with the management team and report daily updates.
Resolve field-level issues and maintain service quality.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Ability to coordinate field staff and handle operational tasks.
Willingness to work at assigned railway stations and locations.
Versatile working hours as per operational requirements.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
