Job Summary

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our Quality Department. This role provides hands-on experience in handling customer complaints, investigating quality issues, and implementing corrective actions while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and record customer NCRs, complaints, and quality issues
Assist in investigating customer complaints using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues
Support implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Ensure timely closure of NCRs and assist in preparing responses for customers
Maintain records of NCRs, CAPA, and corrective actions as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Support internal and external audits related to quality systems and customer complaints
Track quality trends, scrap, rework, and improvement actions
Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:




Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
Understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC tools, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly
Familiarity with inspection instruments is an added advantage
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in Quality Control / Manufacturing
