We are looking for a Billing Executive for day-to-day billing work.
Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices and billing documents.
Enter invoices in Tally.
Generate e-invoices/e-way bills as required.
Maintain proper billing records.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for billing.
Check invoice details, rates, quantities and customer information before issuing invoices.
Handle day-to-day billing-related documentation.
Requirements
Should have positive working knowledge of Tally.
Previous experience in billing/invoicing preferred.
Basic knowledge of GST invoicing.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Accurate and detail-oriented.
Should be able to handle billing independently.
Experience: 1–5 years
Qualification: Any graduate preferred.
