About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to manage the company’s legal, contractual and compliance requirements across client engagements, vendors, consultants, employees and brand activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate documentation and business law, with the ability to understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements and client agreements.
Review commercial terms, payment terms, liabilities, indemnities and termination clauses.
Manage legal documentation for Warehouse47 and BLAQBUTTER.
Provide legal support for client projects, events, brand collaborations and vendor engagements.
Identify potential legal and contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support corporate and statutory compliance requirements.
Assist with intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, brand usage and content rights.
Handle legal documentation for employees, freelancers, consultants and third-party partners.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and professional advisors when required.




Conduct legal research and provide practical inputs on applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain trackers for agreements, renewals, expiries and other important legal deadlines.
Support the management team on ad-hoc legal and commercial matters.

Qualifications
LLB / LLM from a recognised institution.
2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate/commercial legal work.
Experience with businesses, agencies, startups or corporate teams will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience in commercial contracts, client/vendor agreements, NDAs, IP agreements, brand collaborations, corporate compliance, employment documentation, or event/marketing/creative industry contracts will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
