Candidate having UG / PG Degree and Minimum 3 Years work experience in Financial Institutions or Banks as Asst. Branch Manager.

Valuable knowledge in Systems, MIS Reports, Team Handling, Customer Care, etc.,

Promotes a superior service environment which ensures optimal delivery of customer services in conformance with established Bank policies, strategies, and procedures.

Performs all functions in a very accurate manner which will safeguard the bank’s assets and will provide effective, quality service to the customers.





Schedules and directs workflow for full-time and part-time employees which includes providing staff coverage to ensure the branch runs efficiently.

Coaching the staff to ensure branch objectives are met.

Provides productive training to staff in operations and policies and conducts staff meetings

Performs additional duties as assigned.

Building a positive rapport with customers and the community through networking events., This includes after hours as well as during business hours.

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
