We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair requirements of our hotel/property. The candidate should have valuable troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other property systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Attend to guest room and common-area maintenance complaints promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
Follow safety standards and ensure proper maintenance records are maintained.
Respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, commercial building, or facility maintenance.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
