We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes and managing a specific section in the kitchen efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, sambar, chutneys, curries etc.)
Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section
Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed
Train and guide junior kitchen staff

Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as CDP/DCDP in South Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of traditional and up-to-date cooking techniques
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Good team management skills

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
