Role and Responsibilities
Draft Non-Disclosure Agreements, vendor contracts, agreements for services, procurement contracts, GPAs, board resolutions, joint development agreements, sale agreements and sale deeds, lease agreements, title opinions, and arbitration agreements.
Handle legal queries from clients purchasing projects and provide prompt solutions to lawyers’ queries.
Proactively apply for ECs and other significant documents before clients request them.
Maintain a process-driven checklist for each project.
Provide inputs to management to improve and streamline legal processes for customers.
Should have worked with a developer or possess robust real estate experience from reputed real estate law firms.
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
