Quality & Safety: Enforce workplace safety rules (such as OSHA or local standards) and monitor output quality to minimize defects.
Team Leadership: Train current hires, provide real-time coaching, resolve staff conflicts, and track attendance.
Problem Solving: Identify production bottlenecks, handle equipment malfunctions, and adjust priorities to meet strict deadlines.
Reporting: Prepare performance logs and operational reports for senior plant managemen
