Job Summary

CHR Properties is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, generate leads, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property bookings.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer inquiries, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits.
Maintain solid relationships with clients and follow up with prospective buyers.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
Train and guide sales executives to improve their performance.




Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be below 32 years of age.
Previous experience in real estate sales and team management is preferred.
Must be target-oriented, confident, and capable of leading a sales team.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
