Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering preferred
ITI – Welder
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Robust knowledge of welding processes and fabrication work
Positive knowledge of MIG, TIG and ARC welding
Ability to supervise and manage a team of welders
Knowledge of welding machines, tools and equipment
Understanding of welding drawings, measurements and specifications
Knowledge of sheet metal and fabrication work
Ensure weld quality, accuracy and productivity
Monitor daily production and manpower allocation
Knowledge of welding safety procedures and PPE
Ability to identify and resolve welding defects
Good knowledge of inspection and quality standards
Maintain production and welding-related records
Experience:
5 to 7 years of Relevant experience as a Welder Supervisor/Welding Foreman / Fabrication Supervisor will be preferred.
