Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day toolroom operations, ensuring timely tool manufacturing, repair, and maintenance.
Oversee the design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and moulds.
Supervise toolmakers, technicians, engineers, and other toolroom staff.
Coordinate with production, design, quality, and maintenance departments.
Ensure preventive maintenance of tools and dies to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.
Troubleshoot tooling-related problems and implement corrective actions.
Monitor tool life, dimensional accuracy, product quality, and process efficiency.
Ensure proper utilization of CNC, VMC, EDM, milling, grinding, turning, and other relevant machines.




Optimize toolroom productivity, reduce rejection rates, and control operational costs.
Maintain toolroom documentation, maintenance records, and production reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and quality procedures.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
