Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job To provide medical and scientific support to brands and the Strategy team through brand positioning inputs, KOL engagement, scientific events, RWE studies and publications. The role works closely with PVG, Legal, NPD and Regulatory teams. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Share pre-launch positioning inputs with Marketing. Conduct CMEs/webinars, nursing education, patient awareness and training for recent and established brands. Prepare symposia presentations, coordinate faculty, brief moderators and conduct scientific events. Engage KOLs through Dr Connect and connect with faculty during events. Support scientific advisory: innovator brand ROL presentations and brand communication discussions. Support strategy through portfolio landscaping, established brand portfolio optimisation and current drug pipeline rationales. Lead RWE studies: define objectives,



develop protocols/CRFs and drive publication. Manage manuscripts, newsletters, case series, journal updates and journal ToCs. Work cross-functionally: SmPC with PVG, medical support for defence with Legal, and inputs to NPD and Regulatory. Conduct FLP and other training sessions for internal customers. Key Skills & Competencies Primary / Functional Skills: Medical and scientific writing, KOL management, symposia and CME execution, RWE study design, protocol/CRF development, literature evaluation, portfolio analysis, SmPC and regulatory understanding. Behavioural Skills: Communication and presentation, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, attention to detail.
