Insurance Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to promote insurance products, generate recent leads, build solid customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and field activities.
Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, and policy terms to customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Convert leads into successful policy sales.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain robust relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Assist customers with documentation, applications,



renewals, and policy-related queries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome; experience in insurance, banking, finance, or sales is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
