Responsibilties -
Create, review, and refine architectural designs, models, and detailed drawings using CAD software, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Lead multiple projects simultaneously, managing project timelines efficiently and delivering results on schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
Prepare and present design proposals, aligning them with client expectations and project scope.
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and design teams, fostering a cooperative work workplace.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and CAD technicians to enhance team performance.
Oversee and maintain quality control for all design and drafting work, implementing CAD standards and best practices.




Stay updated on current CAD tools and technologies, optimizing design processes and project outcomes.
Prepare detailed construction documents and manage documentation for design changes, while reporting project progress to senior management.

Requirements -
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture,
4+ years of experience in architectural design, and managing large-scale architectural endeavors successfully.
Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling tools.
Robust understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods, with experience in BIM and advanced rendering techniques.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
