Summary:
As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves engaging closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role requires understanding existing data structures and collaborating to design new data models that meet evolving business needs. This position demands continuous interaction and coordination to ensure that data models align with organizational goals and support application development and data management strategies effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on data modeling approaches.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
Robust knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling concepts.
Experience with database design and schema development.
Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data models into broader data architecture.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
